I got a " ban " around 10 days ago on the expert server… I’m still on level 2 but in regards to my xp - landings im well on my way to level 4… the ban is still in the ( last 7 days ) have tried deleting - reinstalling
Have you already tried doing a short flight on Casual?
You need to provide a picture of your grade table next time because you should, and these two sentences contradict eachother.
You need to have 2 violations max in the last 1 days, 3 violations max in the last 7 days, and 0 ghostings in the last 1 days to maintain Grade level 3. Chances are you don’t meet these requirements so you are going to have to wait. In the meantime, look over the #tutorials.

Make sure you updated your app and go to the logbook, it will show you when your last ghost was. Can you show us that screen?
If it has been over 7 days, like suggested above, do a flight on the casual server for about 5 or so minutes, just enough to get some xp and then cleanly end your flight. Then take a look.
