The 2020 Stewart International Air Day will take place on Saturday 21st March at Stewart International Airport!

•This event:
This event is obviously fake, didn’t want to clash with the New York Air Show in August incase anyone is planning on hosting it.

This will be a mammoth tasking to run as there will also be commercial flights operating. So I need full cooperation with all participants.

•The spectator area/ static display location:

If you wish to just watch the show, please spawn in on either the GA apron, Maintenance apron or at the terminal gates. Please use C172 so there is more room for fellow spectators. Please taxi and park to watch on the highlighted taxiway (runs parallel to RWY27/09, please leave the last two taxiway exits to RWY09 clear so participants can safely backtaxi):

Flying participants will be assigned their own gates to spawn in on.

The reason I am separating the Flying Participants from the spectators is so that the flying acts have easy access to the runway.

RWY16/34 WILL BE THE MAIN RUNWAY FOR COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS

Just a heads up, there is no VATC or verbal ATC allowed. It has been banned from all events.

The Virtual Airshow Council A-10 Demo team and kc-10 demo team will make an appearance if you’ll have us. I don’t mind which slot, but if another VAC fighter demo signs up place my a10 demo immediately prior or immediately following. Thanks!

C-17 Globemaster III “Moose” Demonstration Team is very interested. We collaborate with the KC-10 Extender which is already listed on the schedule. The Moose will fly before the Extender and link up midair.
