Step Climbs and N1%

Hello Pilots! What’s up?

When performing a Step Climb, it must be done with the corresponding weight in order to be able to stabilize the N1% correctly for good fuel economy.

How much should it be stabilized at how many %N1? 85 or 88%? In Airbus and Boeing

Thanks

Actually the only plane where I found step climbing to always benefit no matter what is the A380. On that I climb when I reach about 95% N1 to stay below 100%N1 (cuz otherwise I think I go over MCT which is unrealistic)
For other planes I have done testing myself.
