Starship's Flights Official Tracking Thread | Boca Chica, Texas

I watched the boosters come back in live. Absolutely incredible feat of engineering.

I have been a follower of spacex for a long time and the progress I have seen is incredible. Elon is him.

At some time in the past that catch seemed like an insane idea. Dramatic! I wish I could have watched it live too, but even reading the headline was amazing.

Even comparing the hot spots on the movable fins from the prior test (dramatically started to disintegrate), with what seemed like their absence this time(?), what an improvement.

Yeah, it’s a modern wonder. Almost a bit difficult for the brain to process: such precision, first time, and it’s enormous!

My science teacher was so psyched about this Starship grab yesterday. She spent like half the class talking about it and showing us videos.

It truly is a great achievement, and a huge step up with reusability!

Next step to phasing out planes too…

In France, nobody spoke about that sadly…

Meanwhile my physics teacher was going on about Newton’s third law and my chemistry teacher was going on about covalent bondings and lattices.

That seems strangely like the sterotypical french memes I see online… the french absolutely not giving an… anything… about other countries unless they are part of the EU

Very cool, the new external perspective video released of the “touch down” in the Indian Ocean off Australia.

Internal view, of course:
