Guys it is not one week that Star Air is launched. How could we gain the high amount you expect in 24H? If only one guy joins, we WILL start growing.

Thing is, to get members you have to offer something.
Just waiting for pilots and starting your VA then is the absolute wrong procedure.
You have to build up your VA, offer unique features, it has to be fully ready for a kick-off and then you make a proper thread with a lot of information about your VA and wait for pilots.
Take my advice, really.

My VA started small but thanks to @Flying_Luc we have 4 pilots already. So my advice is find someone to help you.
