Standard for Training Server ATC?

Let me preface this by saying that I understand just about anyone can control on the Training Server, and there isn’t a specific governing body for them. However, are there any rules they have to follow? I just departed London/Heathrow. The controller cleared 3 aircraft (including me) to takeoff on the same runway at the same time, causing a massive issue with other aircraft taking off through me. In addition, there was an aircraft cleared to land during all this.

Is this technically allowed, or is there some standard for ATC on TS?

Like you stated, anyone can control on Training Server.
There is no way to enforce rules in terms of ATC.

The best thing you can do is to make sure you’re able to fly on Expert Server.
