Stalling midflight

I was flying the A330-300 from SBGR-KATL. VS 2500 to cruise of 38000 at m.76-.78. I was at cruise for 7 minutes when all of a sudden speeds lowered, and stalling began…. Well you know the rest. I was wondering how to avoid this as this is the third time this has happened. Thanks!

What’s your load %? You’re probably too high and climbing too fast.

Also, what where the weather conditions?

Thanks for the response!
Fuel: 117,489 (split equally among left and right tanks)
Passengers: 37,516 lbs
Cargo: 15,615 lbs (split equally between front and rear)

You are way to heavy you need to be at at lower altitude

Okay, well then I have no clue at this time lol.

@Wallacy recommended lower altitude with less weight so I’ll give that a go

Try using step climbing on your next long haul:
