When I was flying from LAX to PHX I noticed I stalled at FL310 does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
What jet are you flying?
Are you climbing too high or is your speed to low? I just curious.
How much VS are you climbing and what Airspeed and Groundspeed?
Check your weight. If you’re heavy, you shouldn’t be climbing at a large rate.
Also did you make sure your flaps, gear etc were all down? It’s happened to me where I keep my gear down, I was new ;), and I stalled because of it.
Boeing 737-700
They were all up
Did you set auto thrust?
Edit: I’ll let @anon93248082 andle it ;)
How fast were you climbing? (1500ft a min? 45000ft a min?)
And how heavy were yeah?
That’s what I was thinking the problem was. But I can’t go over 350kts or I’ll get reported but recently I’ve been seeing people fly 467kts at 38,000ft
I was a little over MLW
Weight , Vertical Speed, these may be your main issues why you are stalling
That’s what I was thinking
What you are seeing is ground speed, not air speed.
much load and wrong balance, high vertical speed.
much load and wrong balance, high vertical Speed
