Stall on engaging VNAV at TOD

In the recent days, I have had incidents that my aircraft randomly stalled when I either enabled VNAV on reaching TOD.

Assuming I stabilize the aircraft, speeds drops even at V/S 0 and Thrust MAX.

I received a Level 1 violation which I appealed here but was denied with no go reason.

Unfortunately this triggered again last night. What I know so far:

1. The aircraft was stable until TOD
2. Without changing the speed, AP altitude engaged, engage VNAV
3. Aircraft stalls
4. Stabilize the aircraft with AP disabled, manual control.
5. Engage altitude hold and engage VNAV, aircrafts enters stall mode again.

Did your pro run out & you left the restricted area???

You didn’t hit TOD you couldn’t accelerate on max power. So can someone confirm this is what happens if you fly outside of the region???

It indeed renewed yesterday. But I wonder why when would it break when it’s on auto renewal.

With the other flight, it might not be the renewal case.
