Hi, I doing an overnight from KLAX to EGLL with an A330-300, when I reached FL370, my plane stalled does anyone know why?

Your plane was probably too heavy for FL370 and may have required starting at a lower altitude and step climbing. Check out the linked user guide section below for information regarding this.

probably because you were too heavy, would be best to start at a lower altitude appropriate to your heading and then climbing as you got lighter. this would mean 33,000 or 35,000 for LAX-LHR in particular. im not sure about the exact weight, but it would be safe to assume that you can climb to FL370 about 5-6 hours into the flight.

Do step climbing especially if you are in an A330. Im doing KJFK-LFPG currently at it took me 1H 45Min to climb to FL350 due to step climbing. Make sure not to cruise too low during stepping.

FL 370 in an A330 is pretty high as the A330 is underpowered I would recommend a step climb
