I headed down to Zürich Aiport on Monday 21st to do some spotting. Here are some pictures I got. Hope you enjoy! All pics are planes landing from runway 14.

At this point a massive storm was passing over Zürich and was heading towards the airport. The next few planes were struggling a lot due to the strong winds and heavy rain.

This pilot did an amazing job tacking the winds unfortunately it wasn’t enough and he decided to go around.

This pilot also decided to go around

British Airways Boeing 767-300 REG: G-BNWB
From London Heathrow

Back again after the go around. I was excited to see that this was coming in on that day.

I love your lufthansa A319 and Austrian A320 shots! The lighting is perfect… but for me the perfect one is the swiss boeing 777… that wing flex is amazing!

Starting today, all new thread should have a maximum of 10 pictures. Make sure you select the absolute best from your spotting session!

We are making this change for a couple reasons:

• pics take a lot of storage space on the server; with our growing numbers we will soon reach our current limit.
• we want to promote quality over quantity.

No, none of these were taken from any of the terraces.
At the start of runway 14 there are some hills and a siding with some restaurants. All of them were taken there.
