Spotting @ Brisbane Airport

Hey all! Today I picked up a new 55-200mm lens in Brisbane, and before leaving to drive home I stopped at Brisbane airport to capture some shots! Shot with a Nikon D3300 with 55-200mm lens.

Fiji Airways 737-800 | Nadi-Brisbane (yea not that good, rip me)

Qantas 737-800 | Melbourne-Brisbane

Eva Air A330-200 | Taipei-Brisbane (this is Soon to be replaced by a 787-9)

Air New Zealand 777-300(w) | Auckland-Brisbane

Tigerair A320 | Sydney-Brisbane

And that’s all, very pleased with my shots!

Thank you!

Me too! It’s very nice to fly on.

Tigerair is the worlds ugliest livery: change my mind.

Sorry that you think that, I quite like their livery. As the name implies, stripy like a tiger! For a budget airline the actual on board experience isn’t bad!

nice photo’s! I got some good photos when i was at airbus helicopters just across from the domestic terminal/

Nice! Is that near the fire station?

I don’t remember much, i was at work experience so i was limited to where i could go… I am sure it was right next to R19, you might be able to see it if you go to driandra road(?? spelling)

Oh the actual airline is fine especially for budget. We Aussies are super lucky to have 4 great major airlines.

It’s Dryandra Road, it has a new underpass linking to the spotting loop (acacia street loop) But yes, very close to 19 and the new 19R
