Spotting at CVG

Took some nice photos from my house cause the runway at cvg is really close to my house. It’s runway 36R if your curious.

I’m going to start off with a Kalitta Air Boeing 747-400

Then I have a Alaska Airlines 737 Max 8

Then it started to get late and they started to takeoff the same runway so now I have a Frontier A320 (i think) with a touch from the setting sun.

Nice close up of the Kalitta 747-400. I see these at JFK so much lol. Clear skies make evrrything better.

Thanks so much! I used a 10x zoom lens and it’s also a really big plane so it’s looks pretty big.
Is the Alaska Airlines one showing up for you it’s not for me.

Love the pics. One of my favs to spot. A big suggestion is when they use 9/27 for arrival departure go into the kids area of the observation space. Get as close to the playground fence. I would recommend using a smaller lense. Your phone would work too! Here’s some I captured with a phone.

I am very overpowered because I am a GOAT. I didn’t know you lived near CVG small world huh? I’ve been trying to go to the viewing area but it’s been closed because of construction.:cry::sob:

Ohh gotcha I’ll probably go to the viewing center in abt a month. It was open for a while and I went up there but they were using 36R and there is a big hill there so you don’t get to see much action when they land. However, I will be very excited when it reopens.
