I had a rare sighting today: the KLM A330-300 in Minneapolis. KLM only flies 3 times a week from MSP, so I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. In the summer, KLM flies the A330-300 to MSP, but in the winter, they bring the 787-9 to MSP, giving them the only 787 service to currently operate out of Minneapolis. I really want to spot the 787 departing, but with only 3 flights a week and a busy schedule, it’s hard. Hopefully, KLM finds the route more profitable and decides to increase frequency with the 787. Here’s my photo:

Yeah, we also get Condor 3 times a week in the summer, but the one time I saw it landing, I was driving.

Same here, seasonal. Luckily the WOW is year round, but at the same time I am much less enthused to go see planes from a field when it is like -10 somthing in February…

Wish we had a 330 though, I suppose a 767 (well two of them) is similar enough…

At least you guys have WOW and Qatar- we don’t have any of the budget international airlines
Well we kinda have Qatar, we have Cargo so like 50% our odds of getting a passenger flight from them are slim to none…
Though they do fly a 777 so biggest by far until we get China Eastern in August… (unfortunately a charter so only 2 schedule, but reported plans for more with a Chinese tourist company…)

Yeah, it is, and our biggest airliners are the Delta 777-200ER/LR, the KLM 787-9, the Air France A340-300, and the Delta/KLM/Air France A330-300/200

In 2019, Delta is going to start flights to Seoul with (hopefully) the A350

Ohhh, they flew the A350 here a few times, actually it served the MSP-PIT flight 3 times…
