Sporty’s training - wrong time-zone

Sorry for what is probably a dumb question.

Former qualified private pilot trying Infinite Flight before I subscribe. Sporty’s Flight Training is running in real-time and there doesn’t appear to be a way of changing that. Daytime here in the UK but Sporty’s is set to UTC -10 (I think) and anyway is current running at night (0300hrs). Can I change my time zone or otherwise how do I set the flight time to be daylight?

EDIT: system (iOS 18.2) time-zone is LONDON
