Is your device correctly calibrated when you line up for takeoff?

don’t think so… maybe that’s the issue
Make sure you go to the Menu on the far bottom right and press calibrate (holding your device in the orientation that you are taking off from) before you start to roll for takeoff next time :)

I would say the same thing as this, but he beat me to it.
Other things may be happening though. Your trim could not be calibrated and you could’ve set the flaps too high.
