As long as you don’t retract them after landing (ether by manually retracting them or adding over 30% throttle while taxiing), they’ll stay up.
Hmm, but I’ve also seen in yt videos where they do a makeshift “controls check” by moving spoilers all the way up and then back down-befor takeoff.
Most likely old videos from before the auto-brake update, which reworked how spoilers work. Back then, setting them to “armed” would extend them regardless of your speed or throttle, which isn’t the case anymore.
Or one of the few aircraft with roll spoilers, of course.
