Hi I have a quick question, what does it mean when a topic is split?

It means a whole new thread was created and that post was put into that new thread

Ohh ok, so like this post that I made, would be moved into another topic like (just an example) a questions thread?
Yeah so if a moderator feels your post doesn’t belong to the thread you posted it in, he or she could move that post to the correct thread or a whole new thread
It’s better than flagging the post as off topic
