Spirit Airlines looking for staff

I’m starting Spirit Airlines and I’m looking for COO, HR Director, Training Director, Pirep/Route Director, Events Director. Management team will consist of 2 Pirep Managers, a Route Manager, Events Manager, and HR manager. They will report to the directors who report to COO

No you cannot. You must have an application in review before being able to publicly advertise for staff positions.

Ok, this is my first attempt at being CEO of a VA

Have you been a part of a staff at a VA, or do you have experience running things? VAs are complicated and can be overwhelming if you don’t know what you’re doing or don’t have experience. It’s something that the IFVARB looks at when approving, but there are many VA’s which don’t last because their leaders didn’t know what they were getting into.

From the look of things, your Experience statement gonna be a tricky one.

Also i agree with what @Petre2026 said, its not as straight forward as you think. but what do we know, go through the IFVARB requirements and make the decision yourself.

I am also part of a VA as staff, and i’m in a bit of an advisor role (as we are not allowed to be staff at 2 VA’s at the same time)
