When I engage the autopilot, the rate of climb or descend increases quite a bit. I try to correct it but this last time I wasn’t fast enough and my speed went too high and now I accumulated 9 speed violations and that really irritates me. I’m now a level 2 again. It’s going to take weeks to correct this and I feel this isn’t right.
You got mine violations so it will be a week before you get your original grade back. Don’t exceed 350 knots airspeed and also trim helps as well to stable your speed. If flying the jetliners, cruise between M.75 and M.80
Engage VS AP first and it won’t affect your vertical speed :)
