I just know about Airbus. But I once saw that the Boeing have -1 -5 -10 -15 -30 (value like that) in their PFD speed indicator (like Airbus with -o -S -F) where you have to set up or down flaps.
It is possible that your game isn’t able to display those marks.
For example an Airbus waits at -o speed until your set flaps 1. And waits at -S speed until you set flaps 2.
