Hi, I’ve seen some players with (XXX) in the name, are they special members or something like that? If so, how can I participate? I found it interesting, even the color of the letters are a little different.

I’m assuming you’re on about the virtual organisation tags you can put on your account that also appear in Infinite Flight? I’m in airBaltic so I come up as BTIV in-game and on my profile, IFATC members usually have the IFATC tag on which also appears in game.
Then again I may be completely confused, is this what you mean?

For the colors, it represent the pilot grade.
1-2-3 are white
4 are green and
5 are gold

They are really virtual organizations, I’ve seen it with names of countries and even with this “IFACT”. It seems interesting and caught my attention. What do you have to do to participate? I’m a novice, I’ve been PRO for only 1 month

Hey there and welcome to the community! For all VA related inquires, check out the VA category. You’ll be able to look at the IFVARB information thread and all of the VAs have their information there where you can read about them and join 1, 2, or as many as you want.
