Southwest To Add Long Awaited Feature To Their 737 MAX Fleet

Southwest will make a long awaited change to their aircraft coming soon.

After a long time coming, southwest will add power ports to some of their seats on their fleet of 737 aircraft. This feature will only be on the Boeing 737 MAX fleet. The original fleet will still feature the old seats without power.

The old 737 MAX fleet will get this, but the time frame here will not be fast to say the least. They expect to add this starting in early 2023.

Hopefully they add this to the -800 and newer -700 planes

that’s exciting!

🤔 Not so sure…

look, my dad flies for this airline, and they should have added these a long time

Finally, will be nice to have. Shame the -700s and -800s won’t get them since they have plenty. Southwest will also be installing faster Wi-Fi and larger overhead bins (although the MAXs already have the larger bins which are already huge so I wonder what the difference will actually be). I think they are just too cheap they will never add it
