But they do fly to LGA, EWR, and ISP.

What is being said is that Southwest does not fly to KJFK at all in real life, never has

And although you have the right to fly any livery to any airport, lots of people like photos better when they are realistic. Just in case you didn’t know however Southwest Airlines flies to three airports in the NYC area
