£10 bet politicians will find a way to blame one another for this somehow

Maybe they will cancel them and switch to Airbus?😏

£10 sounds good. But never in a million years will they switch to airbus. @MishaCamp

@MishaCamp I think that Southwest will stay as an all Boeing Airline

They’re still taking delivery of the first one, atleast.

I hope they cancel them and buy 70 A320neo which is very fuel efficient than the 737 max

As the article says it’s because Southwest is investing that money into buying back shares and overhauling their technology system (to prevent another computer glitch). They knew they were on borrowed time before a computer glitch would occur and behold it happened. The recent glitch only pushes for an acceleration of their technology overhaul and probably some more order delayss of their 737-MAX

I can’t imagine Southwest on an A320…

No, it’s not. The neo barely has any changes aside from a new engine option. The 737 MAX is heavly improved over its predecessor, 737 NG.

A320neo is actually the most fuel efficient single aisle.

You might wanna do your research on that.

I liked your topic, but I take it back after reading the second half -_-

I did do it. Trust me.

Interesting article!

It really depends on the metric you look at. There is a reason why there are airlines choosing the MAX over the NEO, not all mission requirements are created equal.

Nope, they wont! Airbus A320s suck!
