Some Relics of Aviation History

Here on this table are some unique things I picked up at a museum in Wisconsin! You have no clue how excited I was when I saw these dates.
From right to left:
March 1942 Flying Magazine Volume XXX No. 3
October 1939 Popular Aviation Magazine Volume XXV No. 4
May 1949 Flying Magazine Volume 44 No. 5
Boeing 777, published in 1996.
(For those wondering thats a Nikon FE Film Camera.)

1942 Flying Magazine Highlights:

This page shows photos taken by a correspondent inside Japan, very interestingly showing airmen planning a raid.

These pages on “The Airlines and the Future, detailing the “Brand New” DC-4

1939 Popular Aviation Magazine Highlights:

The cover on this one comically (for us now) says: “France WILL Be Ready!”

And of course the foundation of Pan-Am!!

1949 Flying Magazine Highlights:

This shows just how much was unproven back then.

And this absolutely amazing hand drawn illustrations of how thermals work.
