There are 3 servers by the way: Casual, Training, and Expert.

I take it plane given context, in that case the best thing for it is practice, and I wouldn’t recommend pro yet to be honest. There’s lots of tutorials that will give you a good foundation, but like many things in life the best thing for it is just lots and lots of practice (after you watch the tutorial). 😊

What’s the use of trim?
Practice in the small single engine prop planes like the Cessna! If you’re crashing everytime it’s likely your coming in too fast and trying to force the plane down. Watch YouTube videos on how to fly a traffic pattern in a Cessna and then just practice practice practice! Once you get that down you’ll be able to fly the bigger jets easy since most of the time you’ll probably leave them on autopilot (though it’s wayyyyy more fun to handfly). Good luck!

I would like to suggest you to learn how to properly take off, cruising, landing, traffic pattern, etc. Once you got the idea/confident enough, buy the subscription and step up ur game by doing medium hauls with commercial aircraft. At least that was what i did back in the day, happy flying bud!

If there’s no ATC available (on the Casual Server, every pilot starts there) You have to use Unicom. This is a basic ATC radio, where you can call your position from the airport, that you’re inbound, that you start your taxi to a specific runway and a lot more!
A VA (Virtual Airline) can mostly be joined from grade 2 or grade 3, so once you have a live subscription, keep practising untill you reach that!
