Some knowledge barrier is needed for this

On ES most of the pilots and this is from talking and getting familiar with others too i am not just stating my opinion here, So many pilots on ES dont even know the basics for example PEs or sequences once again not everyone is like this ofcourse but ive seen a majority of the ES users dont know these basics. and they count as something ‘‘IFATC should know’’ i believe if expert servers are supposed to be the peak of professionalism between all the other two servers we need to have at least a basic understanding of such things i stated above. For this i want to ask you guys opinion and ideas.

I think a simple basic written test for every pilot thats want to fly in ES would highly help educate the pilots that doesnt know.

I know theres User Guide for this but most of the people dont even care about it.

More barriers to the Expert Server has been a long and hotly-debated topic in the community. An entrance test of some form is one of the more popular options that people have suggested.

We recently had the Expert Server feedback forms, so we’ll see what comes from that.

lets say some kind of a barrier comes for people who want to enter. What about people whos already in?

I’d have it so say an entrance test gets added in an update, the first time after updating when every user who’s Grade 3 or above tries to access Expert Server, they have to complete the “test” to then be able to spawn in. It would be so it wouldn’t take longer than 10-15 minutes.
