Which spot u want arrival or departure also the spot depends on time and what runway airport is using

Preferably Noon-Afternoon and Dep/Arr but Departure could be better.

For afternoon departure if u want to spot 20L departure u will need to go the the road behind the airport and walk to a specific location bus 35 is the only buses serving that area and for 20R arrival u will need to go Changi beach(i can bring u there if u dont mind)
