Replay System Upgrades???

I agree with @BennyBoy_Alpha
you beat me though

“No response” got to be the most insane way to fail an appeal…like you’re the one who made the appeal right?

Also, I wanted to ask if a clean (overall or recent) record is handled differently in the 1-time courtesy department. If someone has been clean for 7 years and they do something minor, is that treated the same as someone who’s 4 L2s deep in a month doing the same thing?

it’s surprising to see, but it happens more often than you’d think. Sometimes people submit an appeal and then go completely silent, whether it’s due to forgetting, losing interest, or even realizing they don’t have a strong case. It’s always best when both sides stay engaged, but if there’s no response after multiple follow-ups, there’s only so much we can do.

A clean record, whether overall or recent, does influence the application of a one-time courtesy. Someone with 7 years of good behavior who commits a minor violation is viewed differently than someone with multiple Level 2 violations within a month for the same offense. We evaluated each case by case individually, considering the nature and frequency of the violation, as well as the pilot’s overall violation history, to ensure a fair and balanced approach.

Today, our appeal process experienced a slight disruption due to a bug in the app. While reviewing the replay, we noticed that the “States” section did not display the necessary information such as the aircraft’s heading, speed, and connection details. We hope this issue will be resolved soon in an upcoming hotfix or update.
