If this is on Training Server, feel free to request ATC using the topic linked below:
ATC can not be requested for Expert Server, as controllers have to stay open for a time minimum, so it’s hard to accommodate a single plane.

I saw it on the atc schedule for today. Reason I asked. If that schedule is not for expert, now I know.
It is on the ATC Schedule yes - but that doesn’t guarantee it will be staffed. We are allowed to staff where we want to - and usually that is where there is decent traffic.
