Small GA Aircraft Lands on Highway

Incident occurred July 19, 2017 at about 1 PM Local Time. The aircraft was a Cessena 206 landing on the Sunrise Highway in New York’s Suffolk County. Crash occurred due to a technical failure.

I live like 20 minutes away from there. They should rename it to the Sunrise Landing Strip, this stuff happens all the time LOL

Yeah… But I don’t see why they just couldn’t make it to Brookhaven airport as it is not even 1 minute away by car… xD

But I saw the traffic and the fire engines and stuff but didn’t take any pictures… I love Suffolk County ;)
