Slow running engines on 747-8

I am flying at FL340 but the engines on Boeing 747-8 rotate as if on the ground

It’s a bit more visual in Infinite Flight due to textures but still, nothing odd :)

I never noticed that that part was white on the 747, interesting

It’s only present on the newest added liveries for some reason like the Atlas Air. The older liveries don’t have these white cones
