Slipstream Is Here

I’ve been working on this for a while now, and I think it’s finally ready to share.

I made Slipstream, a social media platform for Infinite Flight pilots. The idea is to have a place where we can post screenshots, share flights, find other pilots, and just have somewhere to hang out with other people from the community.

Some of the things you can do on Slipstream:

  • Post your Infinite Flight screenshots

  • Follow other pilots

  • Make your own profile

  • Find other people in the community

  • Search for posts, pilots, and tags

  • Share your flights and experiences

I’m still working on it and there will be more features coming soon.

It’s amazing, but whenever there are multiple pictures in a post you can’t scroll to see the other ones.

Slipstream Changelog — Update

I’ve pushed a pretty big update to Slipstream. Here’s what changed:

Fixed

  • Fixed the main reason posts weren’t showing up. The feed was using the wrong relationship for parent posts, which caused the request to fail and return nothing.

  • Fixed multi-image posts. Photos should now load correctly instead of some images appearing blank.

New Features

All 10 planned features are now in:

  1. Fullscreen photo lightbox

  2. Touch swipe gestures for photo carousels

  3. Keyboard controls in the lightbox (← / → / Esc)

  4. Multi-photo indicator on posts

  5. “Photos only” feed filter

  6. “Load more posts” pagination

  7. Manual refresh button with loading spinner

  8. Back-to-top button

  9. Copy link + Report post options on every post

  10. Composer drafts now automatically save and restore

I like it. It’s a nice little way to share photos and such, with more of a insta feel, which is nice.
