Slight livery issues on ANA, JAL's 787, Peach's A320, and FDA's E175 (Reposted)

Hello. Since some of the IFC members have reported some livery issues on JAL’s aircraft in-game, I would also like to report several issues I’ve found on ANA’s livery, specifically on their Boeing 737-800, Boeing 777 and the Boeing 787.
I made a similar report back in August 2025 but since it appeared to have gone unnoticed, I’m reposting it and hopefully, it can be noted and fixed in the future as several other livery issues that were reported have been fixed since 26.1.

Thank you in advance.

・ANA Boeing 777-200ER (JA707A):

Incorrect details:

  1. The dark blue stripe should extend all the way to where the Star Alliance logo is.
  2. The door outline that does not touch the blue stripe should be painted blue (L1, L2, L4 door).
  3. The red ball on the flag of Japan is way to large and should be a little smaller.
  4. For the “707A” written on the nose gear door, the letter “A” should not be there and it should only say “707.”
  5. The engines should be painted in a light gray color.
  6. The gray color on the belly should is a little to dark compared to irl and it should be adjusted into a brighter color.
  7. The P&W logo on the engine should be a little smaller and adjusted a little higher.
  8. The dark blue paint is slightly too bright compared to its IRL counterpart.
  9. The bottom part of the light blue paint should not extend beyond the L3 door.
  10. The white section on the tail should be a little more thick.
  11. Parts of the light blue color near the horizontal stabilizer is missing.
  12. The 707A on the registration is for some reason in a bold font while “JA” is in a normal font.
  13. Something looks a bit odd regarding the “ANA” on the tail or it’s made that way due to the tail structure.

・ANA Boeing 777-300ER (JA777A):

Incorrect details:

  1. The light blue lines near the bottom part of the tail is a little too thick compared to IRL.
  2. This might be my imagination but the ANA logo on the tail is slightly too small. You can see there is quite some space between the letter “A” to the tip of the tail and IRL, it looks a little bit bigger the letters are much closer to the bottom and top part.

・ANA Boeing 737-800 (JA88AN), All three 787 variants of ANA’s 787 and JAL’s 787-8 & -9, Peach’s A320-200 & Fuji Dream Airline’s E175:

Incorrect detail:
・For much of these, just the registration and the red ball on and under the wings are mostly missing. A similar issue is also spotted on Peach’s A320-200 with its registration on the wings missing and Fuji Dream Airlines’ E175 registration and the red ball under the wings.
・All three variants on ANA’s Boeing 787 (8, 9, and 10) as well as JAL’s Boeing 787-8 and -9 are also lacking the registration and red ball. However, I’m hopeful the issue on the 787 can be solved when the rework is complete.

I found some interesting information regarding the missing red circle and registration number on the wing.

According to Jan’s post in the Transavia B738 livery issues topic, it seems that for the 737-800 (maybe all 737NG series) adding the registration on the wing is not possible due to technical limitations.

According to his post regarding the red tip on the A359, all the A359 wings share the same texture file.

Since the 737NG series, A320ceo family, and 787 family are not the latest models, it is likely that they also share the same texture file across all the wings, which is why adding a specific registration to the wing is impossible.

However, the E-Jets are much newer models, and some of them already have the registration number on the wing. Therefore, I believe the FDA E175 might have simply been overlooked.

Great, now I can’t unsee these…

Also to add, the light blue stripe in the tail should have extended to the APU exhaust of the 787 too:

This problem exist in all of ANA’s 787 variants and hopefully can be fixed in the 787 rework.

Interesting! Well in that case, that’s understandable but hopefully, they can be fixed in the near future when they change the model.

Huh, I never even noticed that..
Adding to that, I forgot to mention this but the ANA logo & the flag of Japan on the 787-10 is slightly off but I never made the 787 report in details because of the ongoing rework.

But yeah, let’s hope these errors can be fixed when the 787 rework is finished!

I don’t know the exact internal specifications, but I noticed recently added Sichuan Airlines A350-900 has the registration number and airline’s name on the wing.

I hope the 737NG Series and A320 family can add registration number and specific markings on wing in the future.

Since the 787 rework is already in progress, fingers crossed that they will fix ANA 78X’s logo position along with the addition of the wing registration number and the red circle.

In a similar post regarding errors found on JAL’s A359, Jan has noted those errors, including the missing registration and red circle on the wing, and the Sichuan Airlines’ A359 is proof that it can be be fixed in the future, which is good to know.

Thanks for the reports!

Thank you Jan!
