Following on from my previous SkyCards Trip Report to Singapore I decided to run the randomiser again and set off on my adventure! Please enjoy!

Unfortunately I was meant to be on a flight to a different destination, however, I had to cancel as I am not feeling well, however, my good friend John Smith who is a pilot for FedEx offered to step in and conduct a trip report of his flight as captain on the B777F from Memphis to Dubai Al Maktoum, so please enjoy! He started off taking a picture of the aircraft he will be spending over half a day on while doing his walk around the aircraft.
After the final cargo was loaded John and crew quickly went through their pre-flight checklists, got the clearance from ATC and took off on their trip talking them half way around the world.
After 2 hours of looking in the back at the sports cars they were transporting John leant over to the left side of the cockpit and watched the traffic around New York JFK fill the air. He told me he caught 2 A380’s through his binoculalrs, however could not tell me the airline, so I think he might be lying. But I will trust him for now.
As it became John’s time for a break he looked out over the Atlantic as the sun set and left a golden hue over the ocean.
After John was apparently very rudely awoken by the Second Officer choking on his breakfast, he got back into his seat and enjoyed a meal with the sunrise over the Red Sea.
Unlike Dubai’s main airport, the approach into Al Maktoum takes you directly over the palm tree island which John was very excited to get a shot of! I did tell him he could have just taken a picture when on the ground as he has a rest day before continuing to Mumbai still as FX 8, but whatever floats your boat I guess.
13 Hours and 46 Minutes after departing Memphis, the first officer took control of the aircraft and landed on runway 12. John swears his spine nearly broke with the impact, however, the first officer is adament it was smooth. I know who I believe (it is not John).
After disembarking the aircraft John got one final look at the supercars as they were being taken off the aircraft and took a final shot of the B777F he had flown to Dubai infront of a very smoggy sky.
