What I mean by this is the clouds being what they are IRL like the winds are. As it is very boring just having the same amount of clouds for your whole flight and this will be more realistic so for example if you are doing LAX to LHR in LAX it will be clear and very sunny but in LHR it will be a very thick cloud layer and overcast.

The devs do intend to make this possible as stated in this link.
To quote them:
“ Will the clouds be updated in real-time?
It is our intention for clouds to be synchronized with the live weather when online.”
