any updates?
I’ve been busy. I should have an update next month
Hi everyone! So update time.
I am redoing the app from the ground up with new logic and using actual manufacturer data to convert the Simbrief data into IF data. Basically I am using real manufacturer data instead of trying to do estimates from IF to essentially be an FMS. That being said, right now I only have parsed the data for the 737 Max 8 (thanks @Klxndo for linking the data), and so that is the only aircraft that can be used with the tool at the moment. I will update as I add more aircraft to the tool.
It maybe could be one of the best third-party apps out there, take your time ![]()
we’re you able to find the fcom online?
yes i did! having hard time finding similar data for other aircraft but i will keep looking
I’m encountering some issues using the new version of the website - doesn’t produce output even on “supported” aircraft - see screenshots below:
I am currently investigating
should be fixed now
there is a 777-200er fcom from continental, and a -300er/-200lr from Singapore and Qatar that may be a little difficult to find. there is also one for the 757-200 that I could find (forgot what airlines it was)
you may have to use data from a specific engine type as there’s data for multiple engine types per aircraft variant in the fcoms
yea the 777-200er from continental was the wrong engine. i need N1% data and it had EPR.
it has n1 data as well. it will be further down in the alternate eec mode engine data. it will be before or after the gear down engine data.
they also have the same thing in the 757 performance data. epr and then n1 in alternative eec mode
Wow thanks! This would really be helpful for me
yes i see these now. the LATAM 777 i saw before but thats climb not takeoff data. its different.
