Simbrief server error ZBAD

Hi, anyone else with this problem: simbrief isn’t able to calculate the airport ZBAD…?

I would guess ZBAD is still relatively “new” to SimBrief, do just set it to ZBAA and manually do some work with the FPL.

ZBAD is a rather new airport, so you would need an up-to-date AIRAC cycle to be able to use it in Simbrief. Marc explained it pretty well (the same applies to this airport).

Unable to get a FPL into LTFM

Hello! LTFM is a rather new airport. The problem you have when using the free version of Simbrief is that you only get access to an old AIRAC cycle. The AIRAC cycle is (easy described) the database with all the airports, waypoints etc. As Simbrief only provides you with an old cycle, it doesn’t include the new LTFM yet. Therefore, you can’t create a FPL from or to this airport. Another example that doesn’t work is the new airport in China. You would need a Navigraph subscription to always get…

It’s because the default AIRAC cycle, 1903 (~March 2019) was before ZBAD became a commercial airport - once the default becomes 2003 (~March 2020) in a few months it will work.
