You need to use fpltoif to convert.
That site is actually a bit outdated though (no NDBs)

NBD stands for Non-Directional Beacon & you can read more about them here.
The default AIRAC Cycle (or Navigational Data) that SimBrief uses is very outdated while IF uses current Nav Data, which could lead to discontinuities between SimBrief & IF.
You should use FPLtoIF because it will generate your route for IF without Discontinuities.

FPLtoIF.com converts real world routes that you’ve entered in, and converts them to Infinite Flight making it compatible to paste into your FPL.

For SimBrief to give you an up to date navigational data; you should have an active subscription to Navigraph linked to it in order to have the recent AIRAC cycle…

You’re generating the OFP (or whatever it’s called and scrolling toward the bottom and copying the random letters and numbers? Taking that and pasting it to fpltoif
