I was willing to purchase pro for 1 month hence I added a amount of rs100 INR for the subscription into my google play balance. Upon going to purchase, it only shows 3rs as balance even though other games such as COC also show a 101 rs balance.
I tried re-installing the game but that didn’t work. Any other fixes?

Have you tried restarting your device?
If you have purchased a subscription in the past, you can try renewing the subscription from the “subscriptions” setting on “Google Play” maybe that will work?

Hopefully you find some help here but do know this seems to be a Google Play issue.
Support from their side would be much more useful, such as this support topic linked here. Clicking the link will take you from the IFC.
