According to my logbook the longest flight Iā€™ve ever done was 1 hour and 36 minutes.

Mostly on weekdays I fly short 2-2.5 hour hops but on the weekends I fly long haul.

This mostly depends on the time slot I haveā€¦I like medium haul flights though.

Ima a shorthaulic in a way lol though I do love myself some Long Haul Flights.

Depending on your devices capability to run all ā€œHighā€ graphics, I would suggest a short haul. You get the best experience at a lower rate of using all your memory on one long haul. Long hauls are recommended though if your an HVA Pilot as @Balloonchaser had said.

I mostly do domesic routes in nz with air nz A320 and occasionally do a LH or MH flight

Definitely long haul, even ultra-long haulā€¦ I always have a flight going. Whether I am sleeping or at work I am logging hours.

Genuinely surprised by my answer. I thought I would rarely do ultra long haul, just sticking to the short haul routes. My shortest flight has been Sydney to Brisbane which takes around 1 hour, roughly the same time as my longest pre-global flight (when I initiate two go arounds.)

Ultra Long Haul is the best. You get the most efficiency out of your battery due to a lower percentage of the flight being in high power mode. My record is 16 hours on a single battery, despite Apple saying I only had 10 hours.

I highly recommend people doing 15+ hour flights if you are someone who has a busy life with school, friendships/relationships social activities and work. You will only be at the screen for 40 minutes, instead of 2 hours.

I used to do long hauls a lot, but now most of my flights are shorter. Than again, itā€™s probably since Iā€™m always flying with you, @KyleBoas.

My longest flight was Klax-Taiwan (Canā€™t remember the code) About 14 hours in a Eva 787-10

Although I can now fly long haul in the VA I am in, I much prefer short haul flying. I find long haul too boring.

I used to like long haulā€™s but now I find it boring too. I would rather just do short hops where there is heavy air traffic and more interactions with ATC and other pilotā€™s rather be alone in the air for many hours.

Honeslty I hate medium haul. Not long enough for overnights but it wastes a lot of your day
