This is not supposed to be a typical screenshots and videos thread.
There are countless “screenshots and videos” topics, probably more than any other category of topic. Scrolling through them all and keeping up to date with them is incredibly strenuous and so I came up with an idea…
Many of you post incredible screenshots, edited to perfection, but are lost so quickly in this never ending, constantly growing category. This topic is meant for you to rebirth your best screenshot.
Please share the screenshot that you are most proud of. When you look at it you smile and say “I took that!” :)
Rules:
They must be from IF.
They can be edited or raw.
Limit it to one or two images.
Please provide as much background information for the images as you can as well.
The point of this is to display your favorite work, not all of it.
This first one came from a photo competition I was in a couple months ago. I wanted to do something no one else has so I got into the space shuttle and did the replay glitch
This next one may be the most legendary picture and thing I’ve done in Infinite Flight. I was attempting to do the space glitch on the Casual server in the LA area for everyone to see (no one noticed 💀) when the glitch failed and started to send me deeper into the Earth. It then yeeted me out of the planet at nearly 1300x the speed of light 😵💫. In 2 seconds, I traveled such an incredible distance that the stars literally were left behind. Essentially, I escaped the known Infinite Flight universe
I originally posted some of these on a different topic but I think no one saw them.
Now there is a story for this last one. I took off from Madrid bound for Dublin on the Aer Lingus A320 and once I reached cruising altitude I left it to fly on autopilot while I have my lunch. When I came back to check on it I looked on the fuel status on my flight information panel to see that I won’t have enough fuel to reach Dublin. Then I realised that I prepared everything for my flight apart from the most important thing which was fuel. I then made an immediate left turn to the nearest airport which could accommodate the A320 which was an airport called A Coruña in Spain. At many points throughout my emergency diversion I thought I would have to ditch in the Bay of Biscay. Anyways I made it with 3 minutes of fuel to spare. If I had a go around I would’ve ran out and would’ve had to ditch in a peaceful holiday town. Definitely a very close call and a lesson to me to always check your fuel multiple times before departure. Anyways here is the screenshot.
