Share your experiences with mean or weird flight attendants

Hello everyone, share your experiences with weird or mean flight attendants or gate agents during flight or during travel
Please be respectful, if it is somethingthat is uncontrollable by that person, don’t share it, now most importantly, share your experiences

I luckily have never had flight attendants that were mean but I have had mean gate agents. So in 2014 I went on vacation to Hawaii and we spent 1 week in Honolulu and 1 week in Maui , so I was at HNL at the interisland terminal and the flight was delayed 4 hours so the mood of the workers snapped and just yelled at everyone to just sit down very sternly and it wasn’t pleasing to anyone but it ended great and I tried a new drink, it’s called passion orange guava punch and it was awesome

I’ve really enjoyed the service of B6’s flight crews. Including Pilots, F/O’s, Flight attendants etc.

My flight attendants on Delta “slept in” and showed up an hour late for the flight. 😡

I haven’t (luckily) had any rude flight attendants or staff on my travels. I really hope it stays that way.

I waited 15 mins on a delay for one flight attendant at ATL during a connection flight , she was so late that the gate agent did an intercom call over the entire airport for her on June 19,2016 on my travel to Chicago for the summer

Only once on American Airlines when they would not let me take a video of the takeoff or landing. Other than that, flight attendants are usually nice.

Yea, AAL is vey strict on recording policies, and really it’s just them, on other airlines, like SWA, they make sure they look good, haha.

Again, my delay/cancelartion/incident/etc luck in aviation continues. No rude flight attendants, no late flight attendants, no rude personnel…
This is,obviously, based on what I can remember.

Really? I fly AA all the time and I’ve never had any problems with filming on their flights. Anyways all of my flights have been enjoyable, and I haven’t experienced any problems with flight attendants.

Well, I haven’t experienced any problems with flight attendants, gate agents or any other airline personnel. But yes I had some delays and inconveniences, only with American Airlines.

I have witnessed a few fights between passengers and crew members even with airline staff at the airports.

AA as a company is more concerned with the filming of their crew, not the flight itself.

First time I flew in accompanied my flight attendant was nice but got really mad at me once. I forgot to push my bag all the way under the seat, I had it only halfway under. Instead of being kind she said:
“We are not moving this plane until you comply with the rules young man!”
Ouch, it was loud too!
Other than that nothing.
Once my dad had to calm down a terrified FA on an empty flight that was super windy. He was one of the only ones that decided to stay on the plane!

So we missed our flight from DFW-LIM, because our flight from YVR-DFW was delayed, apparently because of a tornado. So we arrived at DFW, and the weather was so bad that all Denver flights out of DFW were grounded. We were put on standby for 3 flights, the first one, which we were luckily able to get on, was heading to Miami, where there, we would catch a second flight to LIM. So we boarded the first flight we were put on standby by for at 5am. Time is key. No meals, but they gave out snack boxes, which I later I came to find out consisted of a ham and cheese sandwich and if I recall, some crackers. When the FAs were handing them out, I asked what was in them, the FA replied, with attitude, “It’s food.” tbh I would’ve said yes, I know I’m not stupid, but didn’t want to make a scene.
