My best aviation gift is a flight from Heathrow - Zurich and back!
I got a few cool things which I was surprised about since my family normally hates aviation because I always talk about it. But, I got: a Lufthansa mug with their 1955 logo on it as well as a Lufthansa backpack (both from the Lufthansa Shop), a mechanical music box with aircraft flying around an ATC tower, and lastly an AirBaltic A220 model from airBaltics shop (built by Herpa).

Bose A20 headset. It’s life-changing, especially in a noisy piston engined plane.
Was a special gift from my parents after I got my private license. Wasn’t this year, but still counts as the best ever. Got it on Thanksgiving 2019.
