I am on Android. When I share my replay via my email address (gmail) I can not read it. How to turn it into video or open it without going in IF.

You are not able to enter a replay without going onto IF. You need to share the replay, and then open it on your device.
Using http://www.sharemyinfiniteflight.com/ or simply logging onto IF.

The replays are not in a video format. You can record your screen while it plays back with a screen recorder.

To add to what @lurker said, when in your replay, if you hold your finger on the screen for three seconds, all replay controls go away and you’re left with just the camera view that you choose.
