Today I noticed the shadow was based on the camera location, I have never noticed it before.
Is it a bug with the new update?

Can’t repro that at all here. All shadows are where they’re supposed to be

No this is the first time I have noticed it
I would say that’s it is most likely a on-off glitch then. I don’t have any reasonable explanation for it otherwise. Can’t say I’ve seen that before…
At first i thought it had something with aircrafts not being fully loaded. But i just tried on a device that had a fresh install of the app and could not repro.
