Title:
Severe stutter during near-vertical nose-down dive (B737-700)
Body:
Hello Infinite Flight team,
I’d like to report a performance-related issue I encountered during the Open Beta.
Aircraft: Boeing 737-700
Location: Sydney, Australia
Phase of flight: Steep / near-vertical nose-down dive
Weather: Default (no custom settings)
Platform: iPad Pro 11-inch (iPadOS)
Issue description:
When pitching the aircraft aggressively nose-down (close to 90° vertical descent), the simulator experiences a noticeable and repeatable stutter / freeze.
The frame drop occurs during the dive and significantly affects aircraft control. In one instance, this led directly to loss of control.
The rest of the simulator does not appear to fully freeze (audio and basic input still respond), but the rendering or physics update seems to stall momentarily.
Reproducibility:
This issue has occurred multiple times under similar conditions and appears to be reproducible when performing an extreme nose-down maneuver.
Expected behavior:
Even during extreme attitudes, the simulator should maintain stable performance without severe stuttering that compromises control.
Please let me know if you need additional details or testing on my end.
Happy to help further with the Open Beta.
Thank you for your hard work!
