Hi ! I was flying to LHR this night in the expert server and the game was running smoothly. I normally started my descents, align with the runway and when I was on short final, the game started to lag. How can I fix that because it is annoying since I’m not able to land correctly.
PS: that already happened to me in the past when I was in a high traffic area

The iPhone XR is a very old device now (almost 7 years old), and is also right on Infinite Flight’s minimum device requirements (only having 3GB RAM) so it won’t handle high-traffic areas very well. What are your graphics and airplane count settings on? I would have them all on “Low” if they aren’t already.

You can’t expect a 7 year old device (hardware-wise) to run Infinite Flight with any settings on high and it perform well. I would advise putting them all to “Low” and see how it performs, maybe putting some low-intensity settings to “Medium” but High is definitely asking too much at this point.
I’ll add another point - using multiple third party applications will not be helping things RAM-wise. That’s just adding more strain onto a device which is already pretty limited.
As soon as your device maxes out on RAM, things are going to start performing poorly.
Ultimately, and I realise that this may not be what you want to hear, you may have to look into buying a new device with better hardware in order to enjoy Infinite Flight.
I didn’t notice and knew this phone was too old for IF. I use it for 3 years know and before it was good. Guess I have to change things. Is the IPhone 11 very old too ?
The iPhone 11 does have an extra GB of RAM so it does have that going for it. However it will likely struggle on anything higher than “Medium” settings.
