Server Questions

Hey everyone! I would love to join these flyouts but I’m unable to join them because I am only a Grade 1 (Casual Level) player. I haven’t unlocked Training or Expert yet. Would you mind maybe putting some flyouts in the Casual Server?

Hey!

The slight “problem” with Casual Server is because there are no rules - events run the risk of getting spoiled by some random player who doesn’t know what’s going on and doing things that are technically allowed on the Casual Server, even if its disruptive behaviour.

From time to time, there are official events done on the Casual Server (e.g. the Casual Chaos event series) - which you can see the most recent one here.

Then could someone teach me the quickest ways to level up? I don’t know how to get like, any of the stuff it requires, like “violations” and stuff.

I don’t have a great attention span so I kinda just use solo because it’s got 5x time sim speed, and autopilot+ and stuff so everything gets done quicker.

You don’t want violations. The violation numbers mentioned in your grade table are the max you are allowed.

As for everything else, do long hauls to get flight time and XP, pattern work at a small airport to get a lot of landings in a short space of time.

Only sessions done on the multiplayer servers give you stats. Solo doesn’t give anything.

If it weren’t for those, the only flights I could handle would be like, KDEN to KCOS or KDEN to KAPA or KBJC to KAPA or KBKF to KAPA or KBDU to KBJC or MMTJ to KSAN. I wouldn’t have been able to do this: Aloha! KDEN to PHLI on UA2307.

What causes them?

See here:

Level 1 violations are automatic and given by the system if you do things such as overspeed, etc., Level 2 & 3 are issued by ATC on Expert Server.

Why did that appear like an eye chart? That was a lot of stuff that I have no clue what it means.

Try to watch some of the YouTube tutorial from Infinite flight in the official channel and / or from other members. I think this will be the best way for you to progress and learn quickly. Also, a piece of advice - aviation is not that simple and flights take a lot of time. If you want to use Infinite Flight as a “game” then you should stick to Casual server of solo mode where you can mess around without consequences. If you want to step up and use it like a real life aviation simulator, then you have to commit time, learn rules and follow them to make sure you and others are having the best time!

Feel free to ask any further questions and we will be looking forward to welcome you to higher servers :raising_hands:t3:

Is stalling considered one?

Stalling isn’t directly a violation no. However it can lead to a violation (e.g. an aerobatic violation if done in close proximity to an airport, or an overspeed violation if you end up overspeeding while recovering from the stall).

Oh. Okay thanks!
